Tomball Dodge is actively seeking an experienced and reliable Car Porter to join our dealership team. This position is critical to daily operations and ideal for someone who takes pride in organization responsibility and working around vehicles.

As a Car Porter you will be trusted with valuable inventory and play a key role in keeping our lot vehicles and operations running smoothly.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Move and park vehicles between the showroom service drive storage areas and delivery locations
Drive and handle vehicles safely to prevent damage at all times
Maintain accurate awareness of vehicle locations on the lot
Keep vehicle interiors and exteriors clean and presentable
Assist in keeping the dealership lot clean organized and professional
Run dealership errands as needed
Perform basic maintenance tasks such as jump-starting vehicles checking fluids and fueling vehicles
Support sales and service teams with daily vehicle needs

REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience as a car porter lot attendant or similar role preferred
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus
Ability to be responsible for high-value customer and dealership property
Strong attention to detail and ability to track vehicle movement accurately
Good communication and customer interaction skills
Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays as required

PAY & SCHEDULE:

$14 $22 per hour based on experience
Full-time opportunity
Typical dealership operating hours:
- Monday Friday: 8:30 AM 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM 6:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
