Job Summary:
The IT Security Engineer will be responsible for planning supporting implementing and designing directory synchronization systems for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems across the enterprise. This includes directory and identity management solutions configuration of Group Policies integration of AD Management tools/services and ensuring the security and reliability of the corporate forest. The role involves managing large-scale Active Directory and Identity Management projects troubleshooting issues and interacting with various teams to deploy security and automation solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Plan support implement and design directory synchronization systems for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows-based systems.
- Implement business-driven changes and configure Group Policies.
- Integrate AD Management tools/services.
- Analyze current Active Directory environment to identify and resolve technical and operational challenges.
- Design plan capacity and implement Active Directory Security.
- Provide data for regulatory compliance from Active Directory or support systems upon request.
- Oversee and maintain the security and reliability of the corporate forest.
- Coordinate AD migration and integration activities.
- Interact with customers service managers and operational support teams to design test and deploy security and/or automation solutions.
- Evaluate technical requirements for projects and determine the impact on infrastructure.
- Create training manuals and presentation decks using Microsoft Office Products.
- Develop and maintain repeatable process documents for identity authorization processes.
- Troubleshoot problems in the messaging production environment.
- Build Domain Controllers and Member Servers to support Enterprise Solutions.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of AD Attributes LDAP Queries and PowerShell Scripting.
- Experience in VBScript or PowerShell to develop complex automation scripts.
- Experience with integration of applications with Active Directory via LDAP and Kerberos.
- Thorough functional understanding and ability to configure Active Directory Server Roles (CAs IIS File/Print DNS).
- Working knowledge of GPOs AD Sites Replication Topology and native AD troubleshooting tools.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related fields.
- Strong articulation and communication skills.
- Ability to read product documentation to conceptualize and implement solutions.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- MCSE certification.
- ITIL v4 certification.
