Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to deliver building services projects from design through to completion. The role is suited to a proactive professional with strong technical expertise and project leadership capability.

- Produce mechanical design drawings reports and specifications
- Perform heat load and design calculations in line with recognised standards
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout project lifecycles
- Support senior project leadership and manage small technical teams
- Lead projects from concept design tender and construction to commissioning
- Attend client consultant and site meetings
- Work independently while contributing to team objectives
Skills & Experience:
- Strong HVAC design experience particularly chilled water systems
- Knowledge of wet services; fire services experience advantageous
- Proven project management and coordination skills
- Technical report writing cost estimating and fee proposal preparation
- Experience with tender documentation specifications and BOQs
- Understanding of construction contracts and site processes
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD HAP and MS Office
- Minimum 57 years relevant experience in the building services industry
Qualification:
- BTech/ BEng in Mechanical Engineering
- Professionally registered or eligible for registration
