Role Overview

We are seeking Freelance RAN Trainers with hands-on expertise in 2G / 3G / 4G (LTE) networks to deliver operator-grade corporate telecom training.

Key Training Areas

• GSM (2G) WCDMA / UMTS (3G)
  

• LTE (4G) Architecture & Call Flow
  

• RAN Traffic KPIs & Troubleshooting
  

• OSS interaction with RAN
  

• Wireless Core & Packet Core basics
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical RAN training sessions
  

• Explain real network scenarios & troubleshooting
  

• Conduct lab / simulator / case-based sessions
  

• Support evaluations and learner queries
  

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of telecom/RAN experience
  

• 3 years of corporate or operator training experience
  

• Strong understanding of live RAN environments
  

• Clear technical explanation & communication skills
