Job Description:
The Program Management organization within the Tactical Airborne Systems (TAS) sector is seeking a Sr Spec Project Manager who will oversee and lead proposals from inception to completion. The ideal candidate must have the ability to influence foster collaboration manage timelines and interface across disciplines and functions to support revenue generation.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with multi-level program managers to achieve key business and financial objectives including orders revenue recognition operating income and free cash flow for new and ongoing programs
Influence the adoption of practices approaches and processes across multiple disciplines
Work to achieve operational targets with some impact on departmental results
Perform data entry tasks essential to program execution
Review status of proposals and budgets
Manage schedules and prepare status reports
Participate in program meetings and assist in the preparation of meeting materials
Develop mechanisms to monitor program progress across various functional teams
Work independently under regular direction and guidance on non-routine tasks requiring judgement and initiative
Support the overall program management team in achieving broader objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or in lieu of a degree a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain US Government security clearance

Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication judgment/problem-solving interpersonal and aptitude for collaborative projects
Ability to interact positively with executives managers customers and peers
Able to effectively handle multiple simultaneous projects
