Job Summary
Description
Summary:
Assumes responsibility for performing all painting paperhanging finish applications plastering patching taping and other duties as directed by the HQ Facility Management Team in all Health Quest owned facilities. Is familiar with fire and disaster plans for the system.
Responsibilities:
all types of wall and ceiling finishes and their application.
repairs to damaged walls and ceilings tapes and spackles new wall board.
proper level of supplies on hand or specific job.
all documentation as required by the Facilities Management Team.
to policies and procedures written and verbal.
a safe and efficient working environment.
regard for the dignity and respect of all patients family members visitors and hospital personnel.
Education: HS GRAD/EQUIVALENT
Other Information:
high school diploma or equivalent preferred; general knowledge of high school subject matter possibly including sciences simple medical procedures or terminology or office equipment.
Experience: Three to five years of painting experience preferred.
