About the job
The Director of the Swarovski Foundation Maternity Cover will lead the Foundations strategic operational and philanthropic activities ensuring the continued delivery of its mission to promote sustainable livelihoods through education to reduce inequality across three areas of focus: Equity Water and Creativity. This role involves leading the Foundation as per UK statutory and regulatory responsibilities including the Charity Commission and Companies House while overseeing partnerships grant-making and global programmes. The Director will manage a dynamic team and work closely with Trustees and stakeholders to advance the Foundations vision and impact during the maternity cover period.
