Were looking for a driven Account Executive to join our MSP sales team and become a trusted advisor for our clients. The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and managing relationships with clients from a multitude of verticals in the small and mid-market account sectors. In this role youll help organizations navigate their IT challenges with confidence by promoting solutions that truly make a difference.
Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for managed IT services within target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership
- Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the companys value proposition
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective managed services solutions
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company standards and profitability goals
- Track sales activities pipeline and results using CRM systems and regularly report progress to management
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Develop a territory plan in collaboration with the VP of Sales for Managed Services
- All other duties as assigned

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word Excel and PowerPoint)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Sales a related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of IT sales or account management experience in a similar role with an emphasis on managed services
- Prior experience working in a professional services or managed services provider environment with a strong understanding of managed IT services
- Proficiency with CRM software

- Drivers license and access to transportation to travel to current and prospective customer sites preferred
