Job Summary

Were looking for a driven Account Executive to join our MSP sales team and become a trusted advisor for our clients. The Account Executive is responsible for driving new business growth and managing relationships with clients from a multitude of verticals in the small and mid-market account sectors. In this role youll help organizations navigate their IT challenges with confidence by promoting solutions that truly make a difference.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for managed IT services within target markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and partnership
  • Develop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and showcase the companys value proposition
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective managed services solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in alignment with company standards and profitability goals
  • Track sales activities pipeline and results using CRM systems and regularly report progress to management
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop a territory plan in collaboration with the VP of Sales for Managed Services
  • All other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Technology Sales a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of IT sales or account management experience in a similar role with an emphasis on managed services
  • Prior experience working in a professional services or managed services provider environment with a strong understanding of managed IT services
  • Proficiency with CRM software

Other:

  • Drivers license and access to transportation to travel to current and prospective customer sites preferred

Salary range: The base salary for this role is estimated between $105000-$125000 annually. This role is also eligible for commission earnings based on individual sales performance and on-target earnings (OTE) will vary based on performance. Final offer will depend on experience qualifications location and other relevant factors.
