Trainee Control Panel Assembler High Wycombe

Working closely with experienced engineers and assemblers youll gain practical skills that form the foundation of a long-term technical career.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assembling control panels using general arrangement and circuit diagrams.
Mechanical fitting of electrical components to chassis plates and enclosures.
Basic cable preparation and internal panel wiring.
Receiving inspecting and recording incoming materials.
Stock control storage and maintaining a clean safe workshop environment.
Handling goods in and out including documentation and supplier coordination.

A practical hands-on mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
Basic understanding or interest in electrical or mechanical systems (training provided).
Reliable organised and able to work well as part of a team.
Comfortable in a workshop/warehouse environment.
