The role
As an Integration Engineer you will play a key role in shaping how TimeEdit connects with the wider academic ecosystem. You will design build and maintain scalable secure and reliable integrations that enable seamless data flow across systems.

Following the launch of our first native integration with Microsoft Outlook we are now expanding into new high-impact integrations that will further strengthen TimeEdits position as the leading Academic Operations Platform.

Youll be part of a small dedicated team responsible for defining integration patterns frameworks and best practices that ensure consistency and long-term maintainability. The role spans from architecture and design to implementation and monitoring working hands-on to bring integrations into production.


Key responsibilities

  • Design develop and maintain high-quality integrations between TimeEdit and third-party systems.
  • Build APIs webhooks and event-driven pipelines using our core tech stack ( TypeScript Pub/Sub MongoDB GCP).
  • Ensure scalability reliability and security through robust architecture monitoring and error handling.
  • Collaborate with product managers engineers and customer-facing teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Define and evolve our integration framework promoting reusability and alignment across teams.
  • Contribute to documentation and internal tooling that enable faster and more consistent integration development.
