Position Overview

Over the course of the program Interns will connect with dynamic leaders and associates who are passionate about our brands and lead with a customer-first mindset. They will experience a firsthand view into the intricate world of retail and be an active participant in bringing our brands to life within our stores. Interns will be provided with a challenging hands-on experience in retail management through functional area touch points developmental opportunities and executive exposure.

You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Build leadership skills by working alongside dynamic stores leaders associates and business partners

• Develop people skills by actively engaging in networking recruiting selection and training activities

• Leverage available tools and resources to ensure an efficient customer-focused environment

• Motivate associates to anticipate the customers needs and exceed her expectations

• Identify business trends and opportunities monitor key metrics and coach to successfully encourage behaviors that drive positive results and lead to business growth

• Effectively communicate and collaborate with teams to problem solve and reach resolution

• Gain experience in merchandising through planning executing and adjusting visual directives to support business priorities

Position Requirements
Interns will be expected to work approximately 20-25 hours per week and maintain a flexible work schedule; including nights weekends and holidays. To apply applicants must be a current college junior senior or recent college graduate and be able to provide professional and/or academic recommendations.
