Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing

Youll be a key part of our delivery team contributing to the design and analysis of complex structures while developing your technical and project management skills. Youll:

  • Deliver high-quality engineering solutions and support project delivery across major UK and international assignments
  • Work on the design analysis and checking of structures across sectors from bridges and tunnels to retaining walls and marine works
  • Undertake calculations use a variety of design software and apply international design codes and standards
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams external consultants and clients
  • Contribute to managing time budgets and project resources efficiently
  • Adopt the standardisation and peer review of technical work to uphold design excellence
  • Make positive contributions to health and safety on projects and across your work priorities health safety and wellbeing by reducing and managing associated risk

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For

We want someone who combines technical ability with curiosity creativity and a team-first mindset. Ideally youll bring:

  • A degree in civil or structural engineering (postgrad qualifications welcome)
  • A proactive approach to become a Chartered Engineer (ICE IStructE)
  • Experience designing complex structures (foundations bridges marine structures etc.) using steel concrete or composite materials
  • A good understanding of structural analysis construction methods and advanced numerical modelling
  • Familiarity with Eurocodes and international design standards
  • Proficiency in finite element analysis software such as LUSAS Midas
  • A collaborative approach with excellent communication and writing skills
