- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with aviation security regulations.
- Plan and monitor labour hours ensuring coverage within budget.
- Handle administrative tasks
- Liaise with managers and stakeholders to maintain compliance and resolve issues.
- Prepare for audits and inspections ensuring SOPs and compliance standards are met.
- Provide accurate reports on productivity compliance and KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement and problem resolution.
- Build strong relationships across departments and act as a role model.
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership skills with a proactive problemsolving attitude.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to motivate and mentor staff fostering a cohesive team
- Ability to promote safety and security culture.
- Attention to detail with a datadriven approach.
- Flexible thinker able to adapt to change and tight schedules.
- Proficiency in Excel and strong reporting skills.
- Financial awareness to support budgeting and reporting.
Previous experience in aviation security and compliance is desirable
