Job Summary
Unser HR Global Mobility Team stellt eine reibungslose Abwicklung internationaler Entsendungen mit Schwerpunkt JapanDeutschland sicher. Zur Unterstützung dieses Teams suchen wir ab sofort Verstärkung an unserem Standort in Eching. Die Position ist als geringfügige Beschäftigung für ein Jahr befristet.
Ihre Aufgaben im Detail:
- Unterstützung bei verschiedenen administrativen Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten sowie bei der digitalen und analogen Archivierung von Dokumenten und Ablage;
- Übernahme täglicher operativer Aufgaben und Unterstützung bei Engpässen im Tagesgeschäft;
- Bearbeitung der Post sowie Erstellung Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten inklusive Digitalisierung von Unterlagen;
- Pflege von Daten in unseren Systemen;
- Bei Bedarf Begleitung unserer Expatriates zu Behördengängen (inklusive Dolmetschertätigkeiten);
- Präsenz im Büro zur effizienten Sicherstellung der Dokumentenverwaltung ist wünschenswert.
Qualifications :
- Erfahrung in Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS Office;
- Zuverlässige flexible strukturierte sowie selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise;
- Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz und Teamfähigkeit;
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Japanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil;
- Führerschein der Klasse B sowie Fahrpraxis.
