Schedule Availability:

Core Responsibilities Include:
- Administer medications and assist with wound care
- Assist with obtaining and processing orders
- Assessments
- Check vital signs
- Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care
- Provide encouragement emotional support and communication for residents and their loved ones
- Provide leadership guidance and support to your team
- Assist with resident care needs
- Provide appropriate documentation
Position Requirements:
- Active North Carolina CNA certification
- Active North Carolina Adult Medication Aide Certification
- CPR certified.
Employment Details
- Deerfield is a non-smoking campus
- Employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or an approved medical or religious exemption
- All new employees must successfully complete a background check and drug screening as part of the onboarding process
