你将要做什么
- 1熟悉生产工艺流程熟悉筛分机真空上料机包装机缠膜机等设备的基本结构与性能
- 2负责本岗位各设备的操作检查维护和保养
- 3熟悉物料合格判定标准确保物料物理外观合格后执行包装操作
- 4与烘干岗位做好沟通与协调
- 5严格按程序执行包装袋的检查确保包装袋合格可用
- 6每批次产品封袋前按照产品质量检验管理规定进行物理外观检验无异常方可封袋
- 7负责产品的入库手续办理
- 8负责协助质检做好产品出库检验工作
- 9负责不合格品的返溶
- 10密切关注本岗位的异物情况严禁引入异物特别是金属异物
- 11负责本岗位设备及区域卫生清洁工作
- 12熟悉岗位相关的各化学品物料安全技术说明书中所涉内容做到应知应会
- 13严格遵守安全规程认真执行确认制保证安全生产
- 14发现故障和安全隐患等问题及时报告并采取紧急措施防止事故发生
- 15作好本岗位的各种记录完成上级领导安排的其他工作事项
