What You Will Do

As the SHE Coordinator you will be the heart of our efforts to forge a safer healthier work environment significantly impacting our culture and operations.

• Develop implement and audit comprehensive SHE policies and procedures in collaboration with Plant Leadership to cultivate a robust safety-first culture.

• Craft and execute detailed occupational health safety and environmental (SHE) plans ensuring full compliance with Dutch/EU legal standards and internal VistaPrint policies.

• Lead site-wide educational initiatives conduct mandatory safety training sessions and orchestrate emergency drills to enhance safety awareness and cultural adherence.

• Conduct proactive risk assessments and incident investigations (including root cause analysis) driving corrective actions across production maintenance and facility teams.

• Engage directly with team members across all organizational levels to foster shared responsibility and ownership for a healthy and safe workplace.

• Manage environmental compliance programs (e.g. waste management permits) and monitor key environmental performance indicators (EPIs).

• Stay ahead of regulatory changes in the Netherlands and the EU translating complex legal requirements into practical site-specific policies and procedures.

For us the SHE Coordinator role is about more than just procedures. We are looking for someone who transforms ideas into actionable projects and serves as a constant integral partner to Operations. If you enjoy collaborating with people driving real change and want to be a hands-on force in building our safety culture right on the production floorthis is the place for you

• Do you have a minimum of 5 years of dedicated SHE experience within a dynamic production manufacturing or industrial setting

• Do you possess a Bachelors (HBO level) degree and a recognized SHE qualification (such as MVK HVK or equivalent)

• Are you fluent (written and verbal) in English enabling effective communication with our international organization

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in the Dutch language (written and verbal) is a significant advantage for engaging with local teams and regulatory bodies.

• Proven experience in environmental compliance (e.g. waste energy permitting) in a manufacturing context.

• Experience in a high-volume automated facility utilizing modern technology.
