Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Projects Manager with a strong background in Parking Management and Security Systems within the ELV (Extra Low Voltage) domain. The successful candidate will lead the planning and delivery of complex largescale infrastructure projects ensuring optimal integration and performance of systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage endtoend Parking Management and ELV Security System integration projects.
Define project scope objectives timelines and deliverables in line with company goals.
Develop detailed project plans including work schedules resources and budgets.
Coordinate internal teams external vendors and subcontractors to ensure seamless .
Supervise onsite activities to ensure quality safety and compliance with specifications.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Prepare contracts review job financial reports and maintain strict budget control.
Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
8 10 years of experience in managing ELV and systems integration projects.
Expertise in:
Parking Management Systems
Security Systems (CCTV Access Control)
Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)
ELV Systems: Intercom Central Battery Structured Cabling etc.
Indepth knowledge of contracting and project financials.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problemsolving organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to handle multiple largescale projects simultaneously.
