CP&P is seeking a skilled and dependableMaintenance Technicianto join the team at our Denver NC precast this role youll perform preventive maintenance troubleshoot and repair equipment and help keep the facility running safely and efficiently.What Youll Do:
Inspect troubleshoot and repair production equipment including mixers batch plants forklifts and facility systems
Perform mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and basic electrical maintenance and repairs
Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime and support production
Conduct preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance logs
Read and interpret manuals schematics and work orders
Operate forklifts manlifts and various hand/power tools
Maintain clean safe work areas and follow all safety/LOTO procedures
What You Bring:
Hands-on industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience with strong mechanical hydraulic pneumatic and welding skills
Experience operating forklifts and familiarity with concrete equipment and truck maintenance is a plus
Ability to read manuals schematics and work orders and troubleshoot equipment effectively
Strong problem-solving communication and teamwork skills with a commitment to safety and knowledge of LOTO and PPE procedures
Reliable self-motivated and able to work independently or collaboratively
High school diploma or GED required; relevant technical training a plus
Valid drivers license and authorization to work in the U.S.

Typical Schedule:
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week depending on workload
Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak production periods
Physical Demands:
Standing sitting walking climbing reaching bending/stooping
Lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
Pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs.)
Work Environment:
Work is performed in a production environment with exposure to ambient weather and air conditions loud noise dangerous equipment and variable lighting
