Job Summary
Auto Ranch Group is EXPANDING! We are looking for an A or B level Automotive Technician to join our team. This is not your everyday job opening or career path!
SIGN & STAY BONUSES & PROFIT SHARING AVAILABLE paid out over the 1st year of employment as additional $$ per pay period.

Certifications REQUIRED (any of the following):
ASE 18
Any Manufacturer Certifications (certificates required for bonus)

The Job:
A Tech A turn-key operator and team leader. Highly skilled in their craft producing premium-quality work with minimal guidance. Pay is matched to top-level performance.
B Tech A motivated technician requiring little supervision highly focused on practicing and growing their craft to become a respected automotive professional.
This is a fast-paced role requiring productivity at 120% efficiency.
Some of your duties will include:
- Performing vehicle repair and maintenance tasks efficiently
- Completing inspections accurately
- Maintaining a clean safe work environment
- Being a team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to mentor lower-level techs
