RequirementsResponsibilities
- Read and understand blueprints shop drawings plans and written specifications to assemble and install project components
- Wire assemble and install aluminum décor structures light fixtures and related steel and aluminum elements
- Install terminate and troubleshoot low-voltage wiring for lighting systems dimming and controls
- Assist with unloading staging assembly and on-site installation of décor structures and lighting elements
- Collaborate closely with the installation team and supervisors to complete work efficiently safely and to specification
- Follow all jobsite safety protocols health codes and company standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven ability to work safely and professionally on active construction jobsites
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a crew
- Attention to detail and pride in producing clean accurate work
- Ability to follow written plans verbal instructions and jobsite direction
- Comfortable performing physical hands-on work for full workdays
- Willingness and ability to travel nationwide for project work
- Experience in the electrical or low-voltage field
Preferred Experience
- Background in low-voltage lighting systems architectural lighting or lighting controls
- Experience with dimming systems DMX or lighting control hardware is a strong plus
- Comfortable using hand tools power tools and basic electrical testing equipment
- Construction or installation experience in commercial environments

- Pay: $45 - $50/hour (depending on experience)
