We are looking for a dedicated full-time Assistant Store Manager (f/m/d) to join our team at the BOSS Store Frankfurt Börsenstraße from January 1 2026 who will inspire customers for our BOSS brand with passion and enthusiasm.
As an Assistant Store Manager at HUGO BOSS you will support the store management in leading a dynamic team creating first-class shopping experiences and embodying our brand values through excellent product presentation and customer service.

What you can expect:- Support the Store Manager by taking on disciplinary and technical responsibility for a dynamic and motivated team of 13 people
- Carefully recruit new employees and guide them through onboarding and coaching to form a strong team that embodies our values
- Work with the Store Manager to manage the store and optimize work processes through targeted key performance indicator (KPI) analysis to achieve sales targets and ensure the stores success
- Ensure a first-class appearance for the store through appealing product presentation and the implementation of all visual merchandising guidelines thereby turning our customers into fans
- Optimize customer contact and customer relationship management by creating unforgettable shopping experiences and long-term customer relationships through appealing product presentation and comprehensive advice and support
Your profile:- With at least 1-2 years of relevant professional experience as a manager in fashion retail or in a comparable position you bring valuable expertise to the table
- Successfully completed training in the field of retail management such as retail salesperson or a comparable qualification
Thanks to your fluent German and English skills you can also provide optimal support to our international customers; ideally you speak another foreign language - Sound IT skills (MS Office applications and ideally SAP) and digital affinity round off your profile
- Your strong sales orientation and organizational skills enable you to always maintain an overview and focus on customer needs
- Your love of the sales floor and your hands-on mentality make you a driving force who motivates your team to perform at their best every day
