Role Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a metrics-driven scrum master that facilitatesAgile practices across data engineering teams supporting wealth management data platforms. This role ensures smooth sprint execution fosters team collaboration and drives continuous improvement in delivering high-quality data solutions for financial advisors and clients.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and backlog grooming.Coach teams on Agile principles and help remove impediments to progress.Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize data-related user stories.Coordinate release management and ensure alignment across squads and product areas.Support data engineering squads in building scalable data pipelines analytics tools and reporting systems tailored for wealth management platforms.Coordinatecross-functional teams including QA data engineers analysts and DevOps.Create manage and/or monitorKPIs to drive continuous improvement and progress.Updateweekly status risk mitigation plan to key stakeholders

Technical Skills

Qualifications:Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).Expertise in Agile frameworks tools (e.g. Jira) and KPI creationExcellent analytical leadership and communication in financial services especially wealth management or with data engineering tools (e.g. AWS Kafka Snowflake).
