- Conduct home based physical therapy sessions;
- Oversee and monitor rehabilitative exercise programmes for individual clients;
- Develop and implement appropriate programs to improve the overall wellbeing of the client;
- To be able to support neuro related cases and geriatric type clients;
- Provide advice and protocols in conducting rehabilitative exercise programmes;
- Provide clinical advice on handling of clients with chronic illnesses;
- Work with Exercise Specialist to execute programmes;
- Maintain database/records of all clients to provide evidence-based exercise programme with accurate and appropriate documentation;
- Ensure proper case notes for all clients;
- Collate data from outcome measures and provide review and analysis of data;
- Any other duty as assigned by Director of the team or Lead Physiotherapist.
Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
Requirements
- Obtained Full or Restricted Registration and a valid practising License with the Singapore Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC);
- Degree or Diploma from a recognised institution;
- Preferably 2 or 3 years clinical experience;
- Be a team player with excellent communication skills;
- Able to work independently;
- Willingness to learn;
- Experience in geriatric and/or neuro cases.
