Key Responsibilities:

Manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients with a strong emphasis on investment companies venture capital and private equity funds.
Lead client communications ensuring clear expectations quality delivery and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Supervise and mentor junior audit staff contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Maintain strong working relationships with clients while identifying opportunities to improve processes and add value.

What Were Looking For:

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in good standing Required.
Minimum 3 years of public accounting experience with a strong background in audit.
Demonstrated experience auditing investment firms including PE and VC funds Required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a Big 4 national or large regional accounting firm.
Familiarity with audits for middle-market technology government and/or nonprofit clients.
