Your Role
We are looking for a proactive creative and curiousProcess Engineerwith Manufacturing and Time & Method competencies to join the Process Engineering Team at Technogym HQ (Italy Cesena).
In this role you will work in a cross-functional team and cooperate with all departments on new product development and manufacturing projects coordinating internal or external resources. Leadership and passion will make a difference!
Your Impact
- New products start up
- Define and implement the best manufacturing process to ensure safety quality and costs
- Define factory and assembly line layout
- Define internal logistic flows
- Define production Standard Time
- Coordinate internal and external resources by planning activities and monitoring progress
About You
Ideally you are passionate about working out enthusiastic and proactive while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Management Manufacturing) or Technical Diploma
- Experience in new product startup
- Experience in assembly process
- Knowledge of the main manufacturing technologies principles and tools of Lean Manufacturing (Waste Poka Yoka Value stream map SMED DMAIC process 6σ etc)
- Experience in production standard time definition
- Knowledge of Office packages in particular Excel
- Knowledge of Autocad / CAD
- Team player with strong leadership
- Strong practical sense
- Italian and English fluency
- Availability for national and international business trips
