ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a Junior Consultant with experience in high-impact projects and advanced or native proficiency in Russian to our Strategy and Operations team to participate in new assignments in Russian-speaking countries in Central Asia. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that advises private investors and public entities on defining industrial and corporate strategies financial structuring of investment projects and designing operating models in industrial and energy sectors.

Responsibilities:

• You will participate in strategic consulting projects from diagnosis to strategy design.
• You will conduct market research financial modeling and feasibility analysis for international projects.
• You will collaborate in the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients.
• You will support project management in multicultural environments especially in emerging Russian-speaking markets in Central Asia.

ABOUT YOU

• Higher degree in Industrial Engineering Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar (Masters degree in Finance or MBA will be valued)
• 1-2 years of experience in strategic or operational consulting
• Advanced or native level of Russian (essential) and high level of English
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on strategic projects
• Ability to work in a team and technical rigor.
• Autonomy and innovative mindset.
• And above all... a strong desire to learn in an international company like IDOM.
