- Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections on building systems and fitness equipment
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls including after-hours situations as needed
- Execute emergency and non-emergency repairs in a timely manner.
- Manage and track facilities-related expenses while working within established budgets
- Prepare facilities for seasonal and weather-related changes; proactively identify and address potential issues
- Maintain familiarity with equipment and facility warranty specifications to ensure proper service and compliance
- Collaborate closely with the Facilities Director to ensure all studios are operating at an optimal level.
- Utilize internal platforms and systems to ensure repairs communication and documentation are organized accurate and timely
- Communicate clearly and consistently; respond to emails calls and messages in a timely manner
- Adapt to shifting studio needs and priorities in a fast-moving growth-oriented environment
- Safely lift and move equipment and materials weighing up to 100 lbs

- Experience maintaining and repairing fitness equipment (preferred)
- Confidence troubleshooting technology and equipment-related issues
- Strong computer skills and comfort using digital platforms for tracking and communication
- Ability to prioritize problem-solve and work independently across multiple locations
