Eldercare is Wilmingtons oldest private duty homecare company.We are looking for an experienced passionate Registered Nurse to join our family and grow with us. This role will combine your RN expertise with the day to day business operations. This is a full-time position. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Required to participate RN on call rotation. This position is based out of our Wilmington office.

Job Responsibilities:
- Visiting clients conducting assessments and developing a Plan of Care
- Training and overseeing field staff
- Case management
- Performing employee and client supervisory visits
- Staff education
- Participate in on call rotation
Requirements:
- Evidence of current Registered Nurse Licensure with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
- 1 year RN and supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Home care experience preferred
- Special consideration for applicants that have previous experience and knowledge of personal care services private duty nursing services and intellectual developmental disabilities services
