YourProfile:

High school diploma or equivalent2years experiencein customer service or sales support

Excellent communication skills and strong empathy

Ability to organize work prioritize tasks and work with urgency and flexibility

Fluent inEnglish; knowledge of Italian healthcare system is a plus

Proficient inMicrosoft Officeand familiar with CRM systems

Experience inmedical devicesorhealthcaresector preferred

Problem-solving mindset and team player

YourResponsibilities:

Deliver aworld-class customer experienceto patients clinics and business partners

Managetenders system orders and service requestsusing Oracle OM Oracle SR Salesforce andMy Cochlear Portal

Act as thedirect contact for Oticon service and order management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements

Participate in projects and meetings sharing ideas and feedback constructively

Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures
