The Details:
Title: Ultimate Survival Instructor
Reporting to: Ultimate Survival Camp Leader
Contract: Seasonal work available during summer holidays.
Hours: 8am 6pm weekdays..
Additional Hours: 3 additional hours may be required on Thursday nights (6-9PM) for Campfire Cookout (site dependent). If this is required you will be paid overtime.Summary of Position:

About You
Essential Requirements:
Enthusiastic energetic individual passionate about working with children and supporting their
development through adventurous activities.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication skills and verbal reasoning. Candidates must be confident in their
ability to lead a group of children and not shy away from responsibility.
Flexible team player able to adapt to dynamic situations and challenges.
Someone looking for a challenging but hugely rewarding enjoyable job in the holidays.
Desirable Requirements:
Qualified or studying towards NGB qualification in adventurous activities such as archery
bushcraft and mountaineering.
Experience working in a similar camp setting working with children aged between 7 and 14
years.
Paediatric First Aid qualification (12 Hour Course)
Paid pre-camp training programme to prepare you to be an Ultimate staff member.
Subsidised CPD opportunities ranging from First Aid Qualification through to Food Safety
Certificates
