Were looking for people who are interested in a Sales Consultant role. Think of yourself as bridging the gap between all the people that want to get healthier but arent sure how or where to this position this superstar will help us find people set appointments to get them into our club work with them to get on a membership that fits their needs and help them understand how personal training plans can help them.

Our new Rockstar Sales Consultants will be in charge of managing a balance between the generation of their new leads and following up on their existing leads from a variety of sources to get these folks in the door and get them healthy happy and members for life!

Pay: Hourly rate Commission and Bonus is available.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

To become the greatest ambassador & promoter of Workout Anytime; our brand our clubs our services
Greeting and checking in all members
Answering phones in a courteous helpful and professional manner
Setting up new memberships
Selling personal training
Conducting guest tours
Assisting with clubs daily maintenance
Other tasks as assigned by management
Creating relationships inside and outside the gym
To participate in or manage marketing events
Follow up on your portioned incoming leads from web renewal and cancelled lists

Qualifications

Desired candidates will have some experience in the fitness industry or sales and are able to work in a cooperative interactive gym setting.
A flexible work schedule is preferred with availability to work weekends. Previous gym experience also preferred.

Compensation: $11.00 per hour
