Enrollments Support Associate

The Enrollment Support Associate assists in coordinating submitting and monitoring provider enrollments with MHMR for Programs billing third-party funds. This role aims to swiftly address enrollment and credentialing issues to prevent revenue loss. The Associate supports Enrollments Credentialing PFS and other agency Programs ensuring effective training communication and resource utilization for maximum reimbursement. Additionally the role maintains staff access to third-party payor provider relations and claim-related websites to ensure accurate and expedited resolutions while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
Preferences: Bachelors Degree
Years Experience: One (1) year
Defined Experience: Medical billing medical business office environment managed care credentialing provider enrollment or similar industry.
License/Certifications: Valid Texas Drivers License
