Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Maximo Data Input Specialist for our Roads Operations & Maintenance team in Doha this role you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to road maintenance and operations using the Maximo asset management system.

Enter and update road maintenance and operations data into the Maximo system with high accuracy and efficiency
Verify and validate data to ensure completeness and correctness
Generate reports and assist in data analysis to support decision-making processes
Collaborate with field teams to gather and input real-time information on road conditions and maintenance activities
Maintain organized records and documentation related to road assets and maintenance history
Assist in the development and improvement of data input processes and procedures
Stay updated on Maximo software updates and best practices in data management
Support the team in maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date asset management database

Qualifications :

Proficiency in Maximo software and strong data entry skills
Familiarity with road maintenance and operations terminology
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy in data input
Previous experience in data entry or asset management
Experience with Maximo software is preferred
Background in road maintenance or infrastructure management is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a related field is beneficial
Maximo certification is preferred but not required
Knowledge of road maintenance and operations processes
Understanding of asset management principles
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
Willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes in data management
