Senior Technical Project Manager

Markem-Imaje delivers fully integrated solutions that enable product quality and safety regulatory and retailer compliance better product recalls and improved manufacturing processes.

As aSeniorTechnical Project Manageryou will oversee innovative and strategic New Product/New Technology Introduction projects. You will interact with Senior personnel across an international environment at Markem-Imaje including Program Directors Engineer Experts and Program Office Managers.

What you will do:

• Execute a portfolio of initiatives and projects that are aligned with Markem-Imaje strategic goals.
• Manage the specifications all along the projects including management of cross-disciplines Teams.
• Size and organize the projects even with a macro-description of the needs: resources expenses investments.
• Lead the definition and update of the business case.
• Execute the projects according to the QCD targets based on efficient management of planning risks requirements quality demonstration etc.
• Communicate efficiently across the organization to inform and to obtain key decisions.
• Lead the post-launch activities during a determined period.

What you need to have:

• At least 8 years of experience inNew Product/ New Technology Introduction project management.
• ExtensiveProject managementandstage gate process experiencefor large scale electro-mechanical projects.PMI certifiedpreferred.
• Engineer or Masters in Science education level.
• Proven experience in development partnership management incross-discipline teams.
• Strong business acumencovering Product Marketing Supply chain and Finance.
• Significant awareness on Critical To Quality approach such design review FMEA risk analysis.
• High level ofEnglishand intermediate level ofPolish.
• Location: Readiness to work from our current location at 39 Farbiarska Street in Warsaw till later in 2025 when we are opening ournew facility at 105 Katowicka Avenue in Kajetany.
