Job description:
Job Summary: Travel required after 90 days of employment.
We are seeking skilled Electrical Assemblers with experience in 3-phase wiring and industrial control panel assembly. This is a hands-on role where you will build wire and troubleshoot large electrical panels for custom-built machinery. Youll work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure quality and compliance with safety and electrical standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform wiring and assembly of industrial control panels from schematics and blueprints Route bundle and terminate wires neatly and efficiently Wire and install electrical components such as circuit breakers relays transformers switches PLCs and motor starters Conduct continuity checks and basic testing to ensure proper functionality Assist with panel layout and troubleshooting electrical issues as needed Work with 3-phase power systems and understand relevant electrical codes and safety practices Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow company safety protocols
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred 2 years of experience in industrial electrical assembly or panel wiring Strong understanding of 3-phase electrical systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams Familiarity with hand tools crimpers multimeters and basic electrical test equipment Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
