Senior FP&A Analyst

We are looking for a skilled finance professional to strengthen Orifarms capabilities in financial modelling analysis and performance management. This role is pivotal in driving corporate processes influencing key stakeholders and championing digitalization and best practices to optimize and scale financial operations.

About the job

As Senior FP&A Analyst you will take lead in enhancing Orifarms financial performance management processes ensuring they are both scalable and efficient. You will design and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning while driving key finance transformation initiatives. Acting as a catalyst for change you will champion digitalization by leveraging modern tools and AI to automate and optimize FP&A activities. Through insightful analysis you will provide clear actionable recommendations that empower decision-making across all levels of the organization.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and improve financial performance management processes across Orifarm.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic planning.
• Drive and support corporate finance activities including M&A and transformation initiatives.
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities leveraging digital tools and AI.
• Champion digitalization and best practices within FP&A.
• Deliver actionable business insights through robust analysis and reporting.
• Engage and influence stakeholders across business units to ensure alignment and shared ownership of financial outcomes.

You will report to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and be part of a dynamic team of finance professionals.

Who are you

We expect you to have:

• A Masters degree in Finance Accounting Economics or similar.
• 8 years of experience in FP&A Business Finance or Corporate Finance ideally with exposure to process optimization and transformation.
• Proven track record in driving process improvements and scaling financial operations preferably with exposure to digitalization and AI-driven solutions
• Experience with defining implementing and driving financial performance management processes.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate financial data into strategic recommendations
• Collaborative proactive and result-oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (Danish preferred).

Job Location

The position is located in Odense but with the possibility of working from home two days a week.
