Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your electric motor design and optimization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
Youll contribute to enhancing system performance and ensuring energy efficiency in advanced transportation products. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering testing and product development) conduct simulations and analyses to validate motor performance and much more.

Designing and evaluating electric motor systems focusing on performance reliability and efficiency
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate motor systems into vehicles and transportation solutions
Conducting simulations and analyses to validate motor performance against specifications
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to motor operation and control
Staying informed about emerging technologies and regulations related to electric motor design and application
Preparing detailed documentation for projects including design specifications and testing reports
Applying motor control theory power electronics and embedded systems knowledge to enhance system performance
Utilizing engineering software for modeling and simulation
Demonstrating outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities
Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders both written and verbal.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Experience or understanding of electric motor design preferably in the transportation industry

Resilience and adaptability to work in a dynamic engineering environment
