Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your electric motor design and optimization expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll contribute to enhancing system performance and ensuring energy efficiency in advanced transportation products. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering testing and product development) conduct simulations and analyses to validate motor performance and much more.

• Designing and evaluating electric motor systems focusing on performance reliability and efficiency

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate motor systems into vehicles and transportation solutions

• Conducting simulations and analyses to validate motor performance against specifications

• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to motor operation and control

• Staying informed about emerging technologies and regulations related to electric motor design and application

• Preparing detailed documentation for projects including design specifications and testing reports

• Applying motor control theory power electronics and embedded systems knowledge to enhance system performance

• Utilizing engineering software for modeling and simulation

• Demonstrating outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders both written and verbal.
