Job Overview:We are seeking three Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an immediate-start 13-week assignment in Higginsville Missouri. This opportunity is ideal for LPNs who are flexible reliable and ready to step into a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Schedule
Schedule to be determined by the facility
Flexibility with shifts is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or provider
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document patient conditions and report changes promptly
Perform basic nursing procedures and assist with daily patient care needs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Follow all facility policies safety standards and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
Active unencumbered LPN license.
Ability to start immediately
Strong clinical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous clinical experience preferred
