As a Maintenance Engineer at Tetra Pak youll take on more responsibility in maintaining and installing Tetra Pak equipment. Youll work closely with customers and internal teams gaining valuable experience while helping ensure food safety and operational excellence.
As a part of our Customer Service Operations team you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers facilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem youll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries. Our equipment is a crucial part of the food processing and packaging industry. Thats why keeping it maintained to its optimum performance is a huge priority not only for us but for our customers and the communities they serve.

What you will do
- Travel to customer sites to:
- Execute preventive maintenance and installation tasks of moderate complexity
- Use Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS) tools to report and document service activities
- Interpret technical documentation and follow global procedures
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery
- Maintain a clean safe work environment
- Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team
We believe you have
- A high school vocational school or technical diploma with hands-on technical training
- Up to 1 year of experience in maintenance or installation work
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time (can be edited based on market)
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal) is preferrable
- A customer-focused attitude and a drive to improve
- A growth mindset indicating a willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- A proactive safety-first approach

Pay Equity
Tetra Pak provides the following compensation range that in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
Ranges are determined by role level and location. Within the range individual pay is defined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. The estimate displayed is just one component of Tetra Paks total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include annual performance bonus competitive benefits and work-related allowances.
Annual Base Salary Range (ABS): $54300.00 $66 200.00.
Short-term Incentive/Bonus (Variable Pay): Eligible to performance incentive of 10% of ABS.
