仕事の内容

当社がプロパティマネジメント業務を受託している商業施設における工事プロジェクト推進および技術支援業務等を行います

具体的には設計事務所工事施工会社への仕様指示工程計画テナント入退去工事原状回復工事リニューアル工事等をお任せします当社物件担当者やビルに常駐しているビルマネジメントスタッフ工事施工会社等と連携しながら各種工事関連業務をスムーズに進めていただきます建物価値の向上を図るため改修工事を提案することもあります

入社後子会社JLLリテールマネジメント株式会社へ出向となります

必要な能力経験

下記のいずれかの実務経験を2年以上お持ちの方

• 設計事務所での設計監理業務経験者
• 改修工事経験者ゼネコンサブコン内装工事会社等での設計工務施工管理経験者
• ビルメンテナンス業務経験者

歓迎する関係資格いずれか

• 宅地建物取引士
• 管理業務主任者
• 一級建築士二級建築士
• 施工管理技士
• 建築部環境衛生管理技術者
• 電気主任技術者等

職場環境

当社受託ビルはほとんどが大規模な商業施設であるため担当工事の領域も建築電気空調及び衛生設備等と多岐に渡りますそのため自身の専門分野以外にも幅広く知識や経験を積みたい方またビル全般に関するスペシャリストになりたい方にとっては業務を通じて大きく成長できる環境です長期的に安定して働く環境が整っています
