This role sits within the Personalization domain of Canadian Banking Engineering team. It supports the delivery of enterprise-scale personalization initiatives across digital and offline channels. You will lead cross-functional delivery efforts across GTM (Go-To-Market) technology marketing and sales enablement programs and engineering support for personalized customer experiences. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in regulated industries agile delivery and a strong understanding of modern MarTech and Personalization platforms.
Is this role right for you In this role you will:
Lead the delivery of complex multi-channel personalization programs across digital and assisted channels.
Manage cross-functional teams including engineering marketing analytics and vendor partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
Drive agile ceremonies sprint planning and backlog grooming with a focus on business outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope timelines and success metrics for the various initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards throughout delivery.
Provide delivery oversight and remove blockers to enable team velocity and alignment.
Support engineering teams working on platforms such as Adobe Experience Platforms Pega Salesforce to list a few.
Champion continuous improvement and delivery excellence across the Personalization engineering portfolio.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role Wed love to work with you if you have:
10 years of experience in delivery management within large enterprises preferably in regulated industries (e.g. financial services healthcare telecom).
Proven track record of delivering personalization and GTM technology programs.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies; Scrum experience preferred.
Experience working with MarTech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform (AJO RT-CDP Target) Pega CDH Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other GTM and Personalization platforms.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive alignment across business and technical teams.
Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with compliance privacy and data governance frameworks.
