Job Summary
- Develop and maintain validation in all protocols for various environmental controls.
- Perform tests on component samples identify any contamination and perform analysis for appropriate source for same and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and perform tests on all activities conducted in laboratory.
- Perform tests on all incoming ingredients and documents all records.
- Monitor all physiological and morphological characteristics and identify microorganisms.
- Develop and prepare documents for all protocols.
- Routine equipment maintenance and calibration according to P.M plan.
- Sample storage and disposal.
- Report instances of non-conformances to the appropriate line management.
- Responsible for ensuring the equipment has been calibrated a scheduled.
- Intervene when an unsafe act or condition is observed.
Qualifications :
- Diploma/ Degree in Microbiology Environmental Science Biotechnology or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in microbiological laboratory testing and analysis.
- Knowledge of EHS standards occupational health and environmental regulations in Saudi Arabia.
