Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the design development and deployment of .NET applications.
Ensure adherence to best practices coding standards and project timelines.
Collaborate with product managers QA and other departments to deliver highquality solutions.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Stay current with .NET technologies and industry trends to guide the team in adopting modern practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Manage project priorities timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications:
6 years of handson .NET development experience (C# .NET Core).
Proven experience managing or leading development teams.
Strong knowledge of database design and development (SQL Server Entity Framework).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent problemsolving communication and leadership skills.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud technologies (Azure AWS).
Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript React Angular).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices.
