Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and enable the roadmap of ultrasound commercial total capability enhancement.

Build a centralized enablement platform by integrating internal and external resources and systematically design the enablement system.

Upon the pain points of commercial wing-wing processes launch the empowerment programs to promote channel capabilities.

Integrate all relevant resources (including ultrasound applications) to scheme the experiences and touchpoints for providing next-level services;

Support Ultrasound solutions team via consultancy and strategical advisement to contribute in business growth.

Required Qualifications:

Masters degree or above with Medical Management and Education being preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Talent Development Learning & Development and hospital management medical industry background is preferred.

Strong strategic thinking and ability to insight internal and external client needs.

Excellent communication and influence skills.

Innovation and learning agility.

Strong resource integration capabilities.
