You will be a strong acquisition focused Commercial RM in the C&I space. Goals and incentive are aggressive for this organization to grow and hit its organic growth potential.
Your credit team is strong and has a how do we do this loan/relationship attitude vs being restrictive. Our goal is to build a dominant C&I team that is client first.
