Position: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Qatar
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for development teams.
Lead requirement workshops stakeholder meetings and gap analysis sessions.
Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with project managers developers QA teams and business users to ensure successful project delivery.
Support system implementation user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation reviews.
Prepare detailed reports dashboards and presentations for senior management.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and regulatory requirements applicable in Qatar.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working on large-scale enterprise systems and digital transformation projects.
Proficiency in business analysis tools documentation standards and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Ability to work independently and lead junior analysts.
