Job Summary
Job Description: Team Leader (Qatar)
Shift Requirement:
Minimum of 1 Team Leader per shift covering 24/7 operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise guide and motivate team members to achieve daily operational targets.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity and quality.
Ensure adherence to company policies procedures and client requirements.
Handle escalations resolve issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct training coaching and development sessions for team members.
Prepare and submit shift reports performance metrics and operational updates.
Coordinate with management to implement process improvements and operational strategies.
Ensure effective communication between shifts to maintain continuity and consistency.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced 24/7 operational environment.
Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office reporting tools).
Preferred:
Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
Previous experience managing multi-shift operations.
