We are currently seeking a highly analytical Sourcing Indirect Spend Analyst to be based in the Rzeszow Region Poland. A critical role to the regional Sourcing organization the Sourcing Indirect Spend Analyst is essential to the outperformance of the Sourcing function. Reporting directly to the Associate Indirect Sourcing Director the role supports the regional organization through the following three primary objectives:
Ensure fact based decisions are able to be made
Own regular communication to other functions across the Region including management reports
Track the overall performance of the department
As the department owner for specific tools (Savings tracking and Reporting tools) the Procurement Indirect Spend Analyst will manage performance tracking and reporting (Savings Working Capital improvements Spend etc ). She/He will work with the Category Sourcing Manager (CSMs) Buyers Director to develop and find savings or/and development opportunities for Sherwin-Williams growth competitiveness and innovations. The incumbent will support RFI RFP and RFQ creation and distribution built market intelligence. The Analyst will have full insight into the Sourcing process and understand how data can support outperformance with the function. Core activities critical to enabling success in this role will include :
Develop and maintain efficient processes to update data public market information and vendors information for Sherwin Williams decisions tools.
Serve as liaison and maintain specific department components of vendor management process issues information technology and related areas.
Track addressed spend value their accuracy and consistency from several different sources across the Region
Track Sourcing performance ensure relevant data submission from CPMs and publish relevant reports. Work with stake holders in the Region to ensure data provided meets needs
Maintain project management system
Develop and maintain a variety of reports such as vendor lists performance history price quotes and other information.
Perform a variety of complex special projects which may include compiling and analysing data reviewing processes and operations and developing reports detailing findings and recommendations.
Conduct RFI RFPs/RFQs and e-auctions using an e-Procurement application. Work with CPMs to ensure desired outcome is supported. If needed support in the distribution and consolidation of vendor responses.
Support CPMs and ensuring all key cost drivers are identified
Meet with departments and units understanding needs and objectives and assisting with determining proper specifications or recommends alternatives
Ensure compliance with Global Regional and local policies and procedures and applicable laws rules and regulations.
At least 2 years of experience in Administration Procurement preferred :
Advanced skills in Excel Big Data Management and Data Modeling; experienced in preparing analyzing and communicating data accurately and confidentially.
Applied sourcing principles and practices; developed RFIs RFPs and RFQs; and analyzed purchasing reports to support procurement strategies
Operated within complex supply chains and multi-national matrix organizations; ensured compliance with global and regional policies procedures and regulations.
Experienced in ERP environments (Coupa is a plus) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word PowerPoint Outlook) and other relevant tools.
Communicated clearly and credibly across all organizational levels to deliver consistent procurement messaging and stakeholder alignment.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent education and experience
English skills on advanced level as over 90% of the written communication is in English and all members of the team are coming abroad the Region. At least B2 level
