Job Title: Safety Manager
Type of Position: Year-Round Full-Time (In Person)
Schedule: 5 days/week (Winter) 4 days/week (Summer)
Weekends and Holidays may be required during Winter Season
Pay: $75000 $85000 annualized based on skills and experience
Plus annual bonus potential

Summary
As an integral member of the Loveland leadership team the Safety Manager is responsible for initiating and implementing sound and compliant safety management practices across all of Loveland Ski Area. Responsible for development implementation and performance audits/evaluations of safety related policies/procedures OSHA required programs and loss prevention programs. Oversee all OSHA compliance and implementation of industry best practices. Lead efforts in safety related management strategy employee engagement employee incident analysis goal setting training tracking and long-range planning. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees with safety and fun as our top priorities.
